Who We Are

Small Acts of Beauty.
Big Shifts in Belonging.

At Little Color Everywhere, we believe that small shifts in our surroundings can spark profound change in how people feel, live, and connect.

A touch of color, light, or texture can lift the spirit, calm the mind, and foster a sense of belonging. These gestures don’t replace the essentials — they complete them — helping people feel at home in their own lives.

Our mission is simple but powerful: to create small, beautiful revolutions of care that remind us beauty belongs to everyone. We see color and design as tools of dignity — ways to nurture comfort, confidence, and joy.

This belief is reflected in our board — a circle of leaders, designers, and changemakers who share a commitment to beauty as a form of care and community as a foundation of dignity. Each brings a unique lens — from design and wellness to storytelling and social impact — united by a shared purpose: to make life more beautiful for others.

Karen Kahn, founder of Little Color Everywhere and a longtime communications and brand leader, brings a passion for design, storytelling, and social change. She also serves as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for the foster care system in San Francisco.

Jennifer Durand, founder of The Tea & Yoga Society, contributes her deep experience in wellness, mindfulness, and community building.

Kim Novick, a nonprofit leader and founder of Kimari Wellness, brings decades of experience advancing community well-being and social impact.

Jennifer McCoy, principal designer of Jenn McCoy Interiors, lends her eye for warmth, balance, and beauty that transforms everyday spaces into places of comfort and belonging.

Together, they form the heart of Little Color Everywhere — united by a belief that beauty, in all its forms, can restore dignity and joy.
